Description:
Scrolling in writer with mouse or touch pad is very slow and is doesn't stop
when releasing the mouse or touch pad. Scrolling with the scroll bar the scroll
speed is normal. Also when I double click an item in the navigator it scrolls
very slowly to the selekted item. In the previous version the scrolling was to
fast, but now it is much to slow. It has a very bad impact on the use of
writer.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open an document
2.try to scroll with mouse
3.
Actual Results:
It scrolls very slow

Normal scroll speed
