How it looks
See screenshot. Bottom/right scrollbar buttons are clipped, and scrollbar
handle is offset in vertical/horizontal direction for vertical/horizontal
scrollbars respectively.
This happens in Version 4.0.4.2+ (Build ID:
01d064366279ced9dcb45851c9f09496eeea260), but doesn't in Version 4.0.0.1+
(Build ID: baa9a119dabfc5e5dbb5c174cebf8c24298bad6).
