Problem description: 
When alt+ctr+c comments are added to presentation, which was originally created
in MS Powerpoint and saved as pptx file, these comments get lost when saving as
pptx file and reopening in Impress

They don't get lost when saving in odp format

Steps to reproduce:
1. take a pptx format presentation created in MSPP
2. add alt+ctr+c comments (either bei short cut keys or clicking on the toolbar
icon)
3. save presentation in pptx format
4. open in Impress
5 . comments are lost

Current behavior:
Above mentiioned comments get lost when saving in pptx format
and do NOT get lost when saving in odp format


Expected behavior:
When saving in pptx format, comments remain.

Note: I cannot provide the sample file do to confidentiality reasons and cannot
create a pptx file in MSPowerPoint myself
