Description:
When there is a change to a comment due to user input, the viewport moves to
align with the start of the comment. That is unfortunately not the behaviour
user would always expect, specifically when a comment is longer than the
viewport, it makes the viewport "jump away" from the cursor.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a very long Writer comment
2. Cause a change of its content (e.g. by typing a letter) at the end
Actual Results:
The viewport will "jump away" from the cursor, towards the start of the
comment.
Expected Results:
The viewport should not "jump away" from the cursor.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
