Description:
while scrolling through documents the animation is very choppy and slow and
also crashes sometimes while scrolling in specific. This is even observed in
some linux versions.
I'm on Windows 11 and this is present on all 23 and 25 versions of libre office
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open document of any size
2.scroll
3.then scroll again
Actual Results:
The animation is very choppy, dead slow and memory usage goes high
Expected Results:
it should just scroll smooth, not crash and should not be resource intensive
Reproducible: Always
