            Bug ID: 169380
Summary: cut - insert (rows and colums) context menue (right
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: unspecified
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: medium
         Component: Calc
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

a basic funtion in Microsoft excel is: Cut some lines or rows, move to a new
position (same or new tab) and insert the cut rows or columns just at that
place where the cursor is placed. The existing rows or columns will be
extended, and everything is fine.

in LO Calc, this action is pretty annoying:
marc the rows or columns, and then press a specific keyboard combination. I
alwasy forget, which ALT CTRL SHIFT WINDOWS combination I have to use (these
are 16 (SIXTEN!) possibilities), hold this key combination the whole time

--> as this is some mayor function, i even think about changing back to MS
Excel or any other product which offers this feature!

why is it so difficult to implement such a function in LO Calc? The discussion
about this seem th run now about a few years.

-> Pleas add this function in the next releas of LO Calc
