It's like, hey, let's empty some > space and not do anything on it afterwards When your cursor is blinking at the end of the image, you can press your Home key on your keyboard and type. The text will appear above the image. You could then adjust the position of the image by dragging again or right-clicking it and selecting properties and in the Position and Size tab, adjust the position value "Vertical (From bottom) by ...". Changing it to 0 will move the image close to the text.
