If it is done internally - it drags normally:

But if it is copied from the web - it might drag like this:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Copy the second table from the Wikipedia article
2.Paste it on a long page
3.Drag a row
Actual Results:
It takes the whole page
Expected Results:
Normal dragging
