hmm ooh so you see it after install?
I canceled out the install with concern it might corrupt or maybe it impossible
to install..

American English was and is the only UI language I have ever selected during
install and every update..

it was always select-able before in previous versions...
now its 0 of x selected in that option in the installer. 
if it is the default it should 'still show' in the UI options but be
UN-select-able
