I suggest that the dropdown arrow for a dropdown list (when using data
valadation) should show past a frozen pane boundary.
For example:
a) set up a frozen pane vertically so that scrolling right and left will hide
some of the contents
b) set up data validation so that there is a list of options to choose from
c) note that the arrow to select an option from the list only appears if the
frozen pane is in full view
In other words, hiding content under a frozen pane should not hide the dropdown
arrow of a data-validation list
