IFF you do not have a lot of custom content (i.e. styles, dictionaries, templates) in your profile--it is safe to simply delete your profile and allow it to rebuild from defaults for your locale. Delete on Windows (or simply rename) %APPDATA%\LibreOffice Then start LibreOffice to build a fresh profile.
