Data > Data Provider
select Range, CSV, URL e.g. 5x3numbersN.csv from #169570

Preview Col:1 header: open context menu
the context menu opens but is hidden below the Data Provider dialog
see attached screen shot
the visible menu items can be used but parts of the menu is hidden
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
the whole context menu shall be usable
