Today I wanted to extend Libreoffice Version 3.6.6.2 (Build ID:
3.6.6.2-9.fc18).
I copied the file "dict-de_de-igerman98_2011-06-21" from the extensions
repository.
Going through "Tools/Extension Manager/Add/->File Selection" first gave me the
errror message that the file type of this extension could not be detected and
it could therefore not be installed.
The Linux showed as expected the file type "zip archive".
Adding the file extensions to the basename giving the full name
"dict-de_de-igerman98_2011-06-21.zip" brought the result I was looking for.
So this is not realy a bug but a hit wheter to check out for provided file
extensions during uploading or building some kind of MimeType detection into
the Extension Management.
