The Notebookbar Tabbed UI mode does not seem to offer a command, and a button,
for opening the Find & Replace dialog - on any of the tabs. There is only
'Find' on the home tab, which opens the Find toolbar.
Find & Replace is in common enough use to merit a button on one of the tabs. If
nowhere else, at least make 'Find' into a menubutton, which contains an item
for Find & Replace (although, frankly, I would place that somewhere more
prominent).
