Checked if it makes sense at all for connectors to be able to call that dialog,
but yes, they can have text. In that sense they work the same as curves. Thus,
Regina is right, it makes only sense if a single one is selected, as with
curves, too.
You cannot edit text on curve for more than one curve at a time, so I agree
with Regina that this is not an error.

NOTE: Pretty unknown, but when you have a single polygon object with multiple
polygons (e.g. three horizontal lines with vertical distance) you can enter
text to this object with multiple paragraphs. When using 'text on curve' on
this, every paragraph will be on another line...
