Isn't /usr/bin/libreofficeN.N always a symbolic link to /opt/libreofficeN.N/program/soffice, which is in turn a front-end script used to invoke /opt/libreofficeN.N/program/soffice.bin (the actual binary)? Does this naming vary across GNU/Linux installations of LO? Unless there is some kind of variance in this naming such that under some GNU/Linux installations of LO there is no "soffice" script (or equivalent) I can see no reason why the help output would need to change.
