Identical behavior -- I can set header and footer text, but nothing appears in the preview or PDF output. Header and Footer are clearly checked in the Page Style dialog, margins are the defaults and increasing them doesn't help. I have a Windows 10 laptop with LibreOffice 7.3.6.2 -- tried steps 1,2,4, and it worked fine -- both header and footer appeared normally in the preview. Upgraded the laptop to LibreOffice 25.8.3 and repeated steps 1,2,4, and it still worked fine. Conclusion: something on my desktop Windows 10 machine is corrupted or settings have been incorrectly set such that headers and footers within LibreOffice Calc fail to appear. This does not affect LibreOffice Writer. Any suggestions would be welcome.
