even with those steps, I can't reproduce it.
@Ilmari, a few questions:
- Which Windows version are you using ?
- Do you also reproduce it on Linux?
- Can you confirm it's caused by 12f068d1f8740ba67ad4c9f3de85198157214c15 ?
