Description:
Open the attached PPT file and save it as PPTX in LO. The resulting file can't
be opened in PowerPoint.

The issue seems to be in the `a:off` element. Though 'x' and 'y' values inside
`a:off` can be greater than max value of Int32 (according to the ECMA-376 5th
edition schema) but PowerPoint is not accepting values greater than max value
of Int32

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Save it as PPTX
3. Open the resulting file in PowerPoint

Actual Results:
PowerPoint fails to open the file

Expected Results:
PowerPoint opens the file without any problem
