When I see the linked images, I have the impression that the document is a docx, that you open in LibreOffice and that then the export to PDF does not show the same as in Word. Is that the case? If so, it's more a problem of formatting of some docx elements in Writer, then something of PDF export... Can you confirm that? Also, maybe you can attach a docx file as test?
