Toolbar icons are displayed correctly in Writer, Calc, Impress, and Base. All toolbar buttons react to clicks and are fully functional and interactive (icons are visible, controls are clickable). Note: The original report mentions Windows 11 ARM (AARCH64). The issue may be platform-specific to ARM architecture, which I cannot validate due to lack of ARM environment.
