It is missing although the table in the file has the content. A refresh is done on opening the file without interaction with the user. In case the source is not available a warning should be shown to the user and the content should be shown as contained in the <table:table> element in file. [BTW, the path to the csv file is always written as absolute path. That makes is impossible to exchange documents and it should be changed somehow.
