Description:
LibreOffice_25.8.3_Win_x86-64 was being installed on a Windows 10 Pro PC. The
option 'Online Update' was unchecked. After installation, LibreOffice attempted
to connect to update-mar.libreoffice.org. The option to change online update
settings was unavailable, however using 'Expert Configuration' shows the Update
property 'Enabled' as 'true' instead of 'false'
I repeated the installation on a different PC with Windows Ten Home with the
same results.

1. Install the version mentioned
2. Disable 'Online Update'
3. Find that LO has updates enabled
