Eyal Rozenberg <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution|--- |WORKSFORME Status|NEW |RESOLVED --- Comment #7 from Eyal Rozenberg <[email protected]> --- I am revisiting this bug with a recent nightly: Version: 26.2.0.0.alpha1+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: cf56ab4c9e29cb076c3f986a75ade58d997cb43c CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 6.12; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3 Locale: en-IL (en_IL); UI: en-US we are now in the age of explicit support Start and End alignments... see bug 118350 and bug 165507. This means, that the first and third complaints in comment 0 is no longer valid: Left-aligned paragraphs should stay left-aligned, regardless of direction changes. The default paragraph alignment should now be Start, but that's a different bug (bug 169035). Also, I can now _no longer reproduce_ the second complaint: The direction indicator _does_ switch to RTL, without having to unfocus and focus the window. It does take too much time though (~0.5 seconds on my machine, delayed past the icon flipping in the formatting toolbar) - but that would be a separate bug. So, this bug is now a combination of INVALID and WORKSFORME (or perhaps FIXED). Let's mark it WORKSFORME (but if someone thinks otherwise, please comment and we can discuss this). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
