Description:
When using Libreoffice on Macos the column and row header font sizes of the use
interface are larger than the macOS system fonts. They should be 1-2 pt smaller
than they are now. The font replacement recommended doesn't help, because it
doesn't change font size. Preferable it should be configurable.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open a spreadsheet
2. column (A,B,C,D etc.) and row (1,2,3...) are displayed with a large font.

Actual Results:
Font size is currently to large
Expected Results:
Font size is the same as macOS menu items, smaller than currently.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes
Additional Info:
IT should be configurable, what size the user interface fonts have.
