I've tried everything in safe mode---all of the choices given also uninstalled
and reinstalled LO screen still pops up can't get to my documents
Steps to Reproduce:
1.every time i open LO app a screen pops up says drop document or add an app

Open LO screen pops up says drop document or add app. can't access my documents
Expected Results:
nothing works tried every choice in safe mode
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: Yes

should open up without popup screen preventing from proceeding
