About window, correct look

Version: LibreOffice 4.2.0.0.alpha0+ (self-built master from today), Linux,
x86-64.

The Help > About window currently looks rather bad. As both images in it are
SVG's, this might point to recent SVG reader regressions.

Notice the following:

+ The green are below the logo is noticeably smaller (NB: the missing "The
  Document Foundation" text in the logo is not a bug, just the result of
  comparing an official build to an inofficial one)

+ The background image's position seems to have moved up (actually, the white
  canvas should not extend below the triangle motif)

+ The widths of the background image seems to be wrong
