            Bug ID: 169789
Summary: Regression: handles of rotated object do not let it be
                    resized since axes are swapped
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.8.1.1 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

I am encountering a regression in draw/impress. It is unclear to me if it may
affect other modules too. For the cross-application nature of the problem, I
have indicated UI as the component, but this may be wrong.

I am encountering a regression wrt the resizing of rotated objects.
Specifically, the problem is resizing with the handles. If the object is
rotated, when you take the right handle and you try to move it more to the
right to enlarge the object, that does not work and instead the height is
affected. However, if you move the mouse vertically, you can change the
horizontal size.

It is as if the handle based resizing ignores that the object is rotated.

To reproduce:

- start with an empty drawing
- add a "{" in it taking it from the symbol shapes palette
- rotate the object 90° counterclockwise
- drag the right handle vertically (see the object enlarging or reducing its
horizontal size)
- drag the same handle horizontally (see the object enlarging or reducing its
vertical size)
