The 'Text import...' dialog launches an soffice.bin instance to build/parse the dialog. But it seems abbreviated in some sense. It does not record to WDM taskbar, and Canceling it does not fall back to a full LibreOffice GUI instance. If this is necessary for CLI filter parsing, then OK. It is kind of a corner case.
