Description:
LibreOffice Writer: Changing the image size no longer works after the image has
been rotated.
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a writer document
2.Input a picture into the document which is bigger as the page size.
3.Try to resize the picture by pulling at the marks
Actual Results:
The picture dos not resize as expected.
Expected Results:
That one can resize the pic.
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
Additional Info:
If the pic is not turned, resizing wroks like expected.
Resizing works also if the imported pic is small enough that it not gets
reduced in size by import.
