On further reading, I fail to follow the logic in the statements in comments 3
and 4.

Hmm, so Calc wrote 45454.9618055556 (15 decimals), and OpenPyXL wrote
45454.96180555555 (16 decimals, *different* number)? This contradicts with

I second the request from comment 2:

... and tell what exactly can be done to convert left sample into right sample.
