Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click Insert>Picture>From File
2. If the image file is too big, the warning "Graphics filter not found"
appears
3. However, when the image file is small, it will have no problem inserting
into the writer document.
Maybe need to have graphic filter installed as extension/plugin for large image
file in libreoffice.
