Test case with inconsistent fields character size.
Character height direct formatting from toolbars works inconsistently depending
on the situation of the inserted fields.
Step to reproduce
In the sample file:
A) Select field in line 1, increase character size.
Results: nothing happens
B) Select full text in line 3, increase size.
Results: The characters in inserted fields follow text size increase.
