            Bug ID: 169855
Summary: Reducing size of textbox containing multibyte unicode
char causes it to be displayed as multiple chars
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 25.8.3.2 release
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Draw
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Description:
If you insert in draw/impress a text box and you put in it a multibyte unicode
char (e.g. 🎵), when you resize the box, if the size of the box becomes too
small in width to contain the character, then the character suddendly starts
being displayed as a couple of chars

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open draw
2. Pick the text tool
3. Insert a text box with the sole char 🎵 in it
4. Using the handles shrink the box horizontally until it is two small for the
character.

Actual Results:
All of a sudden, two non-alphabetic characters start being displayed (e.g.
something blank or two overlapped small squares)

Expected Results:
Even if the box is too small, the char should be shown correctly, as it happens
for regular chars ('A', 'B', etc)

Reproducible: Always
