Highlighting color is clipping a part of a glyph (f)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 204472 (bug 169866)
2. Select the line of text
3. look at the f 'of' and disable highlighting
Actual Results:
F being clipped
Expected Results:
F fully visible
Reproducible: Always
