In Format Cells - Background, the scroll bar is only separate from the colours
in the fallback UI (gen) and in Qt-based UIs. In the gtk3 UI, the scroll bar is
still hovering over the colours. Gtk3 indeed shows the bar as separate in the
toolbar split buttons. Would be interesting to check with bibisect repos, if
the change was intentional.
