activex_checkbox.xlsx: example document taken from sc/qa

When I moved a checkbox on my excel spreadsheet, it remained "painted" at the
old location. Every time I "drop" the control, it paints itself and then
remains painted there after I move it again. (So I can create multiple
"replicas" of my control by dragging and dropping it several times.

If I scroll away and then come back, the replicas are gone.

Steps to reproduce:
-open sc/qa/unit/data/xlsx/activex_checkbox.xlsx
-enable form control with the menu Tools - Forms - Design Mode
-click on the blue checkbox control to select it
-drag it to a different location.

When you drop the control, you will see it painted twice, starting in LO 26.2
