I noticed the wrong dates, but was distracted by series in column chart which looked good, so I did not try to correct all of them. not sure still if this is a bug, but seems not worth keeping open. There is another unexpected issue here. Instead of fixing all dates ,I deleted some columns to end up with 4 data columns (so it was 04,05,08,09), but chart showed 6 dates on X chart.
