Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Just try to add to the toolbar "Vertical Text" button. The button shown only
in some versions of LibreOffice. Certainly does not work in 3.6.7 and 4.1.It
just does not show up.
Current behavior:
Can not insert a "vertical text" button.
Expected behavior:
I would like to be able to use the normal button "text vertically"
