Hello!

I am new here. But i have been planning to contribute to LibeOffice for a long
time and this issue is really something that bothers me.

Today i stumbled upon this problem again. I'd say that there is a real
user-need for this.I personally know 3 other people (+ myself) who frequently
use LibreCalc for writing invoices and are puzzled by not being able to have an
efficient way for setting the line-spacing in a multi-line cell. Also, if you
start searching for this problem this is for example what the web offers you

-
https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/how-can-i-adjust-line-spacing-for-cells-with-word-wrap-in-calc/7634/4

- (in german)
https://ask.libreoffice.org/t/calc-zeilenabstand-im-tabellenfeld-anderbar/73580

In both discussion the solution proposed is to create a text-area in the
multi-line cell and then write the text inside it, where all the features of
paragraph formatting are available.

I think this is a way to hacky solution for having control over line-spacing in
cells. Also this is really bad UX. Ignoring this user-need or saying: "This is
LibreOffice Calc and not LibreOffice Writer" would also be problematic as this
would be ignoring how users think. I would argue that users can expect the text
formatting in a cell to behave like the text formatting they know from Writer.
This means, setting the line-spacing should work the same way like in Writer.

As i have already told i am new here, so i do not really know how things are
usually done, but i would like to suggest to things

1) Revive the discussion about this bug / feature request
2) raise the priority for this at least a little bit
