Description:
The Regional Blood Donation and Blood Treatment Center in Warsaw provides an
official donor form in DOCX format.
The document works correctly in Microsoft Office Word, where all form fields
are editable.
However, when the same file is opened in LibreOffice Writer, the form fields
cannot be filled in.
This makes the document unusable for LibreOffice users, despite it being a
public, official form intended for broad distribution.
Please investigate and address this DOCX form compatibility issue so that such
documents can be properly filled in LibreOffice Writer.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the DOCX file from: https://www.rckik-warszawa.com.pl/karta-dawcy
2. Open the file in LibreOffice Writer.
3. Try to click into or edit the form fields.
Actual Results:
- The form fields are not editable.
- Clicking on the fields does not allow entering any text.
- The document appears more like a static layout rather than an interactive
form.
Expected Results:
- The form fields should be editable, similar to the behavior in Microsoft
Word.
- Users should be able to fill in all required fields directly in LibreOffice
Writer.

Additional Info:
- The same DOCX file works correctly in Microsoft Office Word.
- This is an official medical / administrative form, so interoperability is
especially important.
- The issue significantly limits LibreOffice usability for users who rely on
public-sector documents.
