NOTABUG AFAICS. Show me in MS Word how you can add spacing below a table, and
then I might acknowledge that this is a bug.

I just looked at Word 2024's table properties, and didn't see anything that
indicates that above or below spacing can be added to the table.

Hmm - OK, if you set the table to being a floating monstrosity (i.e. text
wrapping:around), then you can have Positioning margins. (Good floating table
support is new in LO.)

So I guess it would be possible to emulate this - although nothing is worth
creating the disaster that a floating table is.
