I just looked at Word 2024's table properties, and didn't see anything that indicates that above or below spacing can be added to the table. Hmm - OK, if you set the table to being a floating monstrosity (i.e. text wrapping:around), then you can have Positioning margins. (Good floating table support is new in LO.)
