I selected "Tools" -> "Bibliography database" and it opens in a new window.

OK.

0. I upgrade my system from Fedora 18 with Libre Office 3.6.6 to Fedora 19
with Libre Office 4.1.0.1.

1. I open the Bibliography database (see above) which opens a new window.

2. I see multiple records, as expected. These were created prior to upgrading
LibreOffice.

3. I notice that the most visible fields in the 'table' view (ie top half of
the screen) have the same identical, and incorrect value, corresponding to one
of the fields of the most recently entered record.

4. I select one of the records, and the fields show in the bottom half of the
screen. They are the incorrect values.

5a. I test the bibliography by opening a new text document

5b. I insert a bibliography entry "Insert" -> "Indexes and Tables" ->
"Bibliography entry" -> <choose entry from dropdown corresponding the one
viewed at step 4, above>. It adds

5c. I insert a new reference section:

"Insert" -> "Indexes and Tables" -> "Indexes and Tables" -> <choose
"Bibliography" from the "Type" pulldown".

This creates the citation corresponding to 5b, above, with the bogus values.

6. I repeat step 5, above, but this time referring to a record created since
the upgrade of LibreOffice. This creates a citation with all the expected and
correct values.
