Demonstration video
As observed in version 25.8.3.2, the "Tabbed" notebookbar's columns insertion
button is labelled "Section". That does not really make sense when you're
looking for columns, since that's all that button does, it does not provide a
shortcut to the full Section insertion dialog (whereas the identically named
"Section" insert menu action does).
