Illustration of the problem
If you have a circle, rotating it, changes the SIZE of the circle.
That's crazy!! The circle itself does NOT change its diameter!
Please see attached.
The attached file has a line showing orientation. EVEN IF IT IS A RAW CIRCLE,
and the line is removed, it does NOT change the fact the SIZE of the circle
changes as it is rotated!!
