Tools -> Options -> Appearance "Icons". What icon theme is listed in the drop
box?

OK, so you should be on an SVG icon theme, and should receive a "resampled" PNG
icon set at 200% in ./LibreOffice/4/cache/<iconTheme>/200 

So, if it is just breeze and not breeze_svg, or the _dark_svg flavor you'll
know.
