A configured non-default page break color (Tools > Options > Appearance:
Customization) isn't applied
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Tools > Options > Appearance: Customization. Change the Page color to
something else (yellow/red)
2. Insert a page break (still blue)
Actual Results:
Customization has no effect
Expected Results:
Should be working
Reproducible: Always
