Upgrade LibreOffice installation via homebrew and of coursse 3. Langpack installation, either via homebrew (Silent Install) or even via direct manual installation from the Terminal, irrespective of changing the xattr, appears to work, but does not automatically switch to the new language, nor does it even offer the menu choice of corresponding languages to switch UI languages in LibreOffice Preferences.
