Description:
I had downloaded a fresh DEB installator package from the official LibeOffice
website.
Due the attempt to install it using `dpkg`, I recieve following error message:
```
dpkg: error: treewalk root <package_name>.deb is not a directory
```
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Downloaded a fresh DEB file
2. Attempted to install using DPKG
3. Seen error
Additional steps (variant):
1. extraction of the DEB archive
2. tryed to install any of the packages in the DEBS folder
3. seeing same error message
Actual Results:
dpkg: error: treewalk root <package_name>.deb is not a directory
Expected Results:
Sucessfull installation of LibreOffice
Reproducible: Always
User Profile Reset: No
