Windows test: LibreOffice Calc 25.8.3.2 on Windows 11 (Skia/Vulkan, VCL: win) Scrollbars are visible and behave normally. Linux test: LibreOffice 7.3.7.2 (distro-provided Ubuntu package) on Ubuntu 22.04, VCL: gtk3 Scrollbars are visible and behave normally.
